After a nearly 3 year hiatus where we moved online, we have finally decided to bring back Business in Japan (BIJ) in-person events in Tokyo.

In this session, we will be speaking with Paul Dupuis, Chairman and CEO of Randstad Japan, supported by Jason Ball, Owner of BIJ and Matt Ainsworth, Biz.Mind – Business Mindset Coaching.

At first, we will introduce the role of mindset in business, how to develop your business-focused mindset and how to design goals to support your journey.

Following this there will be a panel discussion exploring the practical applications of putting a business mindset to work.

This will touch on major themes including leading from a "can't do" to "can do" mindset, engagement and business performance and building an entrepreneurial mindset in a large organization.

Finally, we will open up to the audience for Q&A.

Attendees are encouraged to join before or after the session for networking at the main bar area which will also be open to others in the venue for networking from 4pm to 9pm.
